B&B Fabrication, the original C5 performance exhaust manufacturer, sets the pace again with PRT (Purge ResonanceTechnology) exhaust systems for 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvettes.

This radically innovative technology flawlessly tunes the exhaust sound and allows maximum performance. Our unique“ purge chamber” cancels out 100% of all unwanted low-rpm interior resonance, while having the performance benefits of a straight through design. The exterior sound is commanding, emitting a throaty idle and stout wide-open-throttle attitude while purging all resonant frequencies for a perfectly quiet interior.

For the less aggressive enthusiast, B&B Fabrication has re-engineered its legendary 180-degree muffler design and given it a new name – Route 66. The B&B Route 66 muffler has a warm exhaust sound at idle and a robust full-throttle note.

All B&B Fabrication Performance Exhaust systems are 100% T-304 stainless steel, featuring a limited lifetime warranty. Additionally, they are a direct replacement for the original equipment; no cutting, welding, or modification is required. B&B Fabrication PRT and Route 66 exhaust systems do not void the factory warranty and are 50-state legal.

TPS Performance Headers - C5 Corvette

TPIS was the first on the market with a C5 header with power H, and it’s a winner. The reports are terrific. Our own testing has shown 17 ft. lbs. And 17 HP at the rear wheels, and the feedback we have received has confirmed this. Other comments have included "very easy to install", "gorgeous", "nice overall power increase". Cutting and welding is required, to mount the H pipe to the front of the cats. - about 3 and 1/2 hours to install.

Performance Headers - LS1 F-body

TPIS latest header is for the LS-1 powered Camaro and Firebird. It has 1-3/4" primaries with a 3" collector. All TPiS headers are designed on the car by TPiS.

DRM recommends and offers ceramic coating for your manifolds or headers. Coating gives your pipes a long lasting attractive satin silver outer shell. In addition to cosmetics, this inside and outside coating helps hold heat in the pipes, which reduces under-hood temperature and promotes exhaust gas scavanging, resulting in increased in power.
