Since LeMans, Doug Rippie has expanded the race shop
division. DRM is no longer just building race cars for themselves, but for others as
well. Today they have customers' Corvettes winning races around the world.

Our facility in Buffalo MN.

soon to be completed
Doug is also focusing his attention on the mail
order business and the conversion shop. By participating in various shoot outs
sponsored by industry magazines, DRM continues to prove they can build awesome street
cars. Doug Rippie also travels the show circuit, giving people an opportunity to see that
he's just another Corvette enthusiast like them.
After 13 years of racing, modifying and
developing products for the C4, the C5's release has set the tone for DRM's future.
With no signs of slowing down, we already have a full line of brake, engine and suspension
modifications developed.

Watch for our newest C6 creations that will
likely reign as a champion from the drag strip to the road course and set the pace for
others to follow.

Doug Rippie first built this SCCA B
Production-GT-1 racecar in 1974. After a year of SCCA Pro-Club racing he
sold it to his friend Steve Kline who competitively raced the car until 1981.
After 26 years of collecting dust in a underground garage, Steve Kline gave this
little piece of DRM history back to Doug Rippie for its second wind of high
performance corvette racing. Doug spent the spring of '07 refreshing this
little beauty using the same motor, brakes, transmission, diff, and suspension
for the rebirth. This car will now be enjoyed at tracks across the Midwest
for many years to come.
